FAST FOOD One of the main features of the redevelopment will be the abundance of natural light that will pour into the urban common area that sits centrally adjacent to the fast food offerings. Tiered amphitheatre seating throughout this central spine will provide an enhanced community gathering space to eat, read, catch up with friends or to just chill out and relax in the afternoon sunlight. CASUAL DINING Multiple casual dining spaces are available for a more refined menu, positioned slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the urban common. The addition of Transport House corporate workers that when leased will total in the hundreds, will see the casual dining space benefit from the influx of this default foot traffic through day. ROOFTOP AREA The perfect compliment to our varied retail mix and our casual dining offering, the rooftop provides an opportunity for an iconic bar or another offering suited to a large user, of over 1,000m 2 * , with an open air space looking out towards the Brisbane CBD.
